Responsibilities:

• Organization and supervision of the mortgage sales department. 
• Organizing and managing the sales of mortgage loans.
• Contacting the banking institutions executives contracted by the company to progress applications with a view to disbursing mortgage loans.
• Training of the company's sales executives and continuous training for new bank programs and incentives.
• Issuance of the monthly reporting to the management of the company. 
• Submitting proposals to the Management to improve the provision of services to the company's customers and educational material to partners.
