  • Economics University Graduate degree<\/li>
  • At least 5 years of experience in a bank mortgage consultant position.<\/li>
  • Very good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.<\/li>
  • Experience in drafting mortgage loan applications.<\/li>
  • Experience in assessing clearance and other assets for preparing reports to banking institutions.<\/li>
  • Methodical thinking and organizational skills.<\/li>

    Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>

    • Organization and supervision of the mortgage sales department.\u00a0<\/li>
    • Organizing and managing the sales of mortgage loans.<\/li>
    • Contacting the banking institutions executives contracted by the company to progress applications with a view to disbursing mortgage loans.<\/li>
    • Training of the company's sales executives and continuous training for new bank programs and incentives.<\/li>
    • Issuance of the monthly reporting to the management of the company.\u00a0<\/li>
    • Submitting proposals to the Management to improve the provision of services to the company's customers and educational material to partners.<\/li><\/ul>
